Talofa,
Family, oh how I miss you all. So I woke up this morning, rolled out of bed... haha well the MTC is getting very busy. where do i start.. theres lots to memorize and lots and lots of studying. We recently had a devotional that was being broadcasted to all the mtc's in the whole world(remided me of byuh broadcast hehe) . i got to sing in the choir and it was actually really fun. dallin H oaks came to talk to us and that was really cool. He gave us lots of counsling, on how to vbecome a stronger missionary. so my day consists of waking up eating, studying for 3 hours, eating, studying for 3 hours, an hour of basketball, then studying for 3 more hours haha. the language is slowly coming, thank you for all the prayers, thtey really are helping. oh and rumor around town is that we can maybe skype on mothers day?!? so hopefully that true. OH yea i saw Paige walking to the temple! that was so random.. i wish i coudve just hopped in the car with her hahah. Ah and thank you do much for the package and camera. i just got it yesterday so i dont have any pictures, but next week i send you some forsure. on sunday nights we go to "movie night and get to watch a devo talk or restoration movie. we went to "the character of christ" by elder bednar. i can honsetly say that i have never been so inspired by a talk in my life. i completley changed my views of a mission, my attitude, and many other things. i felt the spirit so strongly speaking to me, personally . it kind of long but if you could watch it, i promise you it is life changing. and a jacket wouls be nice, its very cold here haha all i have is short sleeves and its kinda freezing. well love you guys

Hello, my name is Calvin Hollingsworth. I have a brother, Brady Hollingsworth, that left a few weeks ago to serve a full-time LDS (Mormon) mission for 2 years. He is going to serve in Apia, Samoa. I am so excited for the wonderful mission experiences that he will have once he leaves the MTC (Missionary Training Center.) He will be learning the Samoan language in his mission and will be the Lord's ambassador to the people of Samoa. This is the main reason why I created this blog, to embark on a journey with my brother and to help him become the best servant of the Lord as he can be. I invite you to follow this blog and enjoy weekly posts of my brother's mission to Samoa! I will post an email that I received last week from him. Join Elder Hollingsworth and I as we embark on an epic journey to Samoa!
